The cashier was not happy when requested to repeat my order, of course she missed to charge for 2 chicken sandwiches. She made a nasty, and sarcastic remark IN SPANISH looking at the next person in line, about how I am making demands on the CHEAP FOOD being ordered! The accuracy of the language used was confirmed by my Hispanic friend who was standing beside me at the time of the incident. This exchange transpired on Friday, March 18, 2016 around 11:00 AM.
This person's behavior did not project what the mainstream McDonalds staff have in general. In addition, although McDonalds menu is affordable, the "CHEAPNESS" of the food must not be used by its own employees to demean its customers. This employee was arrogant and at the same time, should recognize that the Spanish language is spoken as well as understood by most people in Los Angeles. This employee must undergo further training in customer service.
